Today’s tourists demand to get to the origin, they demand authenticity and identity not only of the service they consume but also of the social fabric that frames it, and for this, the people who make up a territory and its different activities are the essence to understand it.
Gastronomy is a powerful tool to better know a society and has now become a global trend. However, to savour a destination, it is essential to know the context in which this activity takes place.
In this section I put these people as the main ingredients of a territory, Galicia, because I either collaborate with them, or I am a user or I simply share their vision of commitment to our cultural, natural and/or emotional identity.
